PAYMENT POLICY

Please note that we no longer accept insurance payments for this procedure. We are happy to provide a superbill (see below).

HEALTH PLANS/ PRICING

  • Auto Claims: direct billing

  • Private Insurance: this is considered a non-covered procedure for most insurance companies.  We accept only cash payments but will be happy to give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.  

CASH PRICE (cash, local check, credit card, gift certificate)

 

$650- pricing includes all 4 treatments in the session

​What is a superbill and what do I do with it?

If we are not a participating provider with your insurance company, we collect direct payment at time of service.  We will give you a superbill indicating billing and treatment codes, as well as payment.  You submit this to your insurance company and receive reimbursement as outlined in your individual plan.
